Popular actor Justus Esiri has passed on,Details of the circumstances that led to his death are still sketchy as the news is only breaking. We however know that his son, pop singer Dr Sid has put up a photo of Justice Esiri on his twitter avatar and updated his bio as ‘RIP Dad‘.
The Actors Guild of Nigeria are expected to give a statement soon as the shock of Justice Esiri’s passing resonates through the industry.
In a career that spanned decades, late Mr Esiri, shot to lime light in the 70s with his most popular role to date ‘Headmaster’ in the nationwide series ‘Village Headmaster’ which aired on the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
He is survived by his wife and 6 children,among whom is Dentist-turned pop artiste Dr SID.
